To ensure an exhilarating experience for your group when they reach Outland Expeditions, it is crucial for the group leader to be highly organized. In order to assist you in planning an exceptional trip, we offer a set of valuable suggestions and a comprehensive rafting checklist.

Have a Group Planning Meeting

• What activities would your group like to participate in?
• What date will best accommodate your group members?
• Roughly how many people will be in your group?
• What section of the Ocoee River are you wanting to do?
• Write down any questions group members have.

Attention group leaders! Please ensure that you are well-prepared for the upcoming adventure. It’s crucial to have waivers and a final headcount ready to roll. On the day of the expedition, it’s essential for everyone to come dressed in attire that can handle a splash or two, along with secure footwear. Rest assured, we will provide all the necessary gear for an incredible whitewater rafting experience. Don’t forget to check in at least an hour prior to the scheduled departure time. Once checked in, our trusty bus will whisk you away to the starting point. Remember, you can leave your personal belongings in the car, and we have a designated area in the office where you can safely deposit your keys. Get ready to embark on a thrilling journey down the rapids!
